Come get to know YOUR massage therapist. I am a neuromuscular massage therapist, born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. What does that mean, you ask? My work focuses on problems that are neuromuscular in nature like Frozen shoulder or Temporal-Mandibular Joint Dysfunction. My work can be very clinical and to the point, but my approach is very layman and easy to understand. I’ve been in the massage therapy industry for 5 years, and I received all my formal education at the National Holistic Institute in Sacramento as a Certified Professional Massage Therapist and Health Educator, as well as, Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. I loved massage school so much that after a few years in the field, I became a massage instructor at my old school for nearly 2 years. I enjoyed my time helping future Massage Therapists find their love of massage.
Favorite loves: Reading science-fiction novels, especially game novelizations like Mass Effect and Halo. My 9 year old Yorkshire Terrier named Cupcake. Sleeping. Korean Barbeque.
Not-so favorite loves: Long boring drives-add the low back aches, being stuck (metaphorically or physically), and motion-sickness.
This is just a sample of who this complex-yet-simple therapist is, and I hope it’s enough to get you receive a massage from me. Enough with the words, book a massage with me and I’ll let my massage skills speak for themselves. Hope to see you soon!
